In the realms of the Spirit, it is who is worthy that takes possession, not position, office nor titles. Worthy means one having weight or one who has merited anything. A worthy intercessor is one who has weight in the spirit realms to bind and loose at will. In the above scripture, when John the beloved heard of it, he wept much because he thought that there was no one worthy to open the book. The same cry is going on; who is worthy to take the gate of this city for Christ? John Knox cried out, Give me Scotland or I die. Such is the reply of one who seeks to be worthy.
